Jesús Urtasun Elizari is a Ph.D. student at the Department of Theoretical Physics of the University of Milan from October 1st, 2018. He graduated in Physics at the University of Barcelona (UB) with mention in fundamental Physics, and he got his Master’s Degree in High Energy Physics and Cosmology in 2018 at the IFAE of Barcelona. His Master Thesis focused on Physics Beyond the Standard Model (BSM), searching for electroweak production of supersymmetric particles at the LHC. He is currently working within the N3PDF project applying machine learning techinques for the determination of PDFs.
