Alessandro Candido has been a Ph.D. fellow at the Department of Physics of the University of Milan and a member of the N3PDF team. He got a Bachelor’s degree in Physics in 2017 and a Master’s degree in Theoretical Physics in 2019 from the University of Pisa. His master thesis, with supervisor Professor Massimo D’Elia, was on Causal Dynamical Triangulation (CDT): introduction of dynamical gauge fields on triangulations and analysis of the effects on gravity and gauge dynamics with MCMC simulations. In July 2020 he also completed his career at the Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa. He is now a research fellow at CERN
